From scoring 830 official goals to winning the most collective trophies in football history (44) to winning 8 Ballon d’Ors to winning the World Cup, and now living/loving life with his family and best friend in Miami.

Indeed Lionel Messi’s rise from grass to grace is a telling story, the little boy from Rosario Argentina had humble beginnings, this is a man whose official contract was handed down a piece of napkin and as the saying goes great things come from nowhere.

Now at Inter Miami after winning the World Cup, Messi scores his official 715 non-penalty goals, unlike his compatriot and greatest rival Cristiano Ronaldo who is nearing his 1000th goal each day with Saudi Pro League side Al Nassr.

Lionel Messi has now played 19 official games for Inter Miami, scoring 15 goals while producing 7 assists.

After winning the World Cup and now 37 Messi is probably at the height of his beautiful career from being the golden boy at Barcelona to the hated at Pris Saint Germain and now love once more at Inter Maimi I don’t know what you will call a perfect career.

Now it is all smiles with Messi who continues to score for fun and keep his family and friends happy, his every act on the pitch speaks volumes of a genius who has come to dine and laugh with us only, he has also been blessed with age and stamina.

Perhaps this generation will be lucky to have witnessed the feel and play of Lionel Messi, every generation has its star and ours is the Argentine the best of all time, the man who showed us how football is to be played.
