Liverpool about to win the league whiles Arsenal and City have equal strenth

Sunday Afternoon was a thrilling encounter in the English Premier League between Manchester City and Arsenal who were looking to get back to the top of the league after Liverpool had won two goals to one against Brighton.

The match like stagnant water yielded nothing with neither team not able to penetrate the other yard, perhaps City managed just a shot on target while Arsenal kept knocking with yero results, and star striker Gabriel Jesus kept asking questions and looked like the only player capable of breaking the duct but was always kept at bay.

Even till the 60 minutes all of Kevin Debruyne’s advances were blocked with the Belgium midfielder constantly muscled off the ball, then came Jeremy Doku and Jack Grealish who were expected to add some tenacity at the wings.

Arsenal brought in Tomiyasu and Thomas Partey in the 65th minute to balance the game and Leandro Trossard on 70 minutes to add some speed at the right flanks.

Saka meanwhile had to drop out due to a muscle pull where he was substituted by the pacey Martinelli.

Now a draw was eventually played and there was no sign of both team willing to win the league, Liverpool could go all the way especially with head coach Jurgen Klopp finishing his duty at the end of the season, the players will be willing to throw everything to their coach who has instilled in them a winning mentality in the last 5 years that they have become the most feared team in Europe.
